Biography:
Edwin is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 26 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining Lowell Community Health Center, he worked at Middlesex Community College as a CII Coordinator, developing psychology curriculum for self-pace learners. He later worked in the Lowell Public Schools as a Special Education teacher for 14 years. Caring, empathetic, and sensitive towards our community needs, Edwin seeks to provide patients with the support needed to succeed.
