Lowell CHC offers outpatient services for those seeking assistance with substance use disorders through our Office-Based Addiction Treatment Program (often referred to as OBAT), with an emphasis on Medications for Opioid use Disorder (MOUD).
Our Approach
Our Office-Based Addiction Treatment care team in Lowell offers an integrated approach, managing the health of each patient by offering:
- Medications for Opioid use Disorder with Suboxone (buprenorphine-naloxone) or Vivitrol (naltrexone)
- Recovery Coaches and Social Workers
- Individual & Group Support
- Integration with Primary Care & Behavioral Health providers
Overdose Prevention (PASS Program)
