Our Insurance Navigators can help you apply for health insurance and find the best plan for you and your family. This service is available to anyone, even if you are not a patient.
Sliding Fee Payment Scale
Payments are based on income to help make care affordable.
Dental & Vision Assistance Programs
Extra help for services that may not be covered by insurance.
Applying for Insurance
If you need health insurance, speak with an Insurance Navigator before your visit. We can help you apply for MassHealth and other affordable plans.
You do not need to be a patient to use this free service. Call 978-937-9700 to get started.
Health plans we can help with include:
- MassHealth and MassHealth Managed Care Plans
- Children’s Medical Security Plan
- Health Safety Net program
- Marketplace Qualified Health Plans
What to Bring for Your Appointment:
- Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
- Proof of income (two recent pay stubs or tax forms)
- Proof of citizenship (photo ID + birth certificate or passport)
- Proof of immigration status (if applicable)
Many private insurance plans are also accepted, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Fallon, Harvard Pilgrim, Allways, and Tufts.
