HIV/STI Screening & Treatment

Lowell Community Health Center provides confidential screening and treatment for:

Chlamydia
Gonorrhea
Syphilis
HIV
Hepatitis C

These services are available to everyone, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay, through our PASS (Prevention and Screening Services) program. Partner services and treatment are also available.

Overdose Prevention (Narcan)

As part of PASS, anyone in the community can access nasal naloxone (Narcan), which can help reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Overdose prevention education is provided at no cost.

Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?

For most health and wellness services, you need to schedule an appointment. However, our Patient Walk-In Center offers some services without an appointment.

How do I get a referral from my provider?

If you need a referral or have questions about an existing referral, call our Referrals Office at 978-322-8745, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
