Lowell Community Health Center has been serving the Greater Lowell community since 1970. We provide comprehensive primary care, dental services, eye care, and many other specialty services. No one is ever turned away because of their ability to pay.

Patients can choose a primary care provider, such as a physician or nurse practitioner, from our board-certified medical teams. Behavioral health services are integrated into primary care, so patients can schedule visits with certified mental health professionals as part of their care.

We are committed to delivering exceptional care that improves health and well-being through prevention, treatment, and education.

Our Mission

Lowell Community Health Center’s mission is to provide caring, quality, and compassionate health services to the people of Greater Lowell, regardless of their financial status, and to empower each individual to maximize their overall well-being.
