At Lowell Community Health Center, we understand that providing for your health care goes well beyond what happens in the exam room. Because of this, we offer a wide-range or services and resources for our patients and community outside their primary care provider’s exam room. You do not need to be a Lowell Community Health Center patient to take advantage of these services.
