Children and adolescents will receive quality primary care services from Lowell Community Health Center. Compassionate, culturally competent physicians and nurse practitioners are qualified to meet the medical needs of our youngest patients, including babies and children up to age 17.

How do I make an appointment?

Do I need to have insurance?

No, you do not need to have insurance, and we never turn anyone away due to inability to pay. However, our Insurance Navigators can help you find a plan that’s right for you. Plus, they will walk you through the process step by step. You may be surprised how many options are available. You also may qualify for insurance, regardless of your immigration status. Can I walk in for an appointment?

For most health and wellness services, you need to make an appointment. However, our Patient Walk-In Center does offer a number of services on a walk-in basis. Please check our hours before you plan your visit.

How do I get a referral for my provider?

If you need a referral, or have questions about an existing referral, call our Referrals Office at 978-322-8745 Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
